BEWARE;;;; I ordered a branded item Acnecide off website as it was on offer, picture showed a genuine tube on the website. Received an acnecide box with a tube inside with an acnecide sticker on it and underneath the sticker it said Cutalyn.So the item was not the same as on website. Contacted Chemist 4 U they said on the website it does say brands may vary and it is the same as acnecide.I was angry as they should have sent an email to say they’ve sent an alternative.I was then told to send it back to get a refund and I would have to foot the bill, I already had paid £3 delivery for the wrong item to be delivered.I argued this and received a free delivery code.It’s like buying a pair of Nike trainers and receiving Dunlop as I was told it does the same job. Extremely misleading:BEWARE;;;;;;

Service and product fine bur website can be counter intuitive

I did not like the amount of time it took for this item to come in fact the dog did not need them as his back was all better. Now the only use they will be is if the dog hurts himself again
